GRC Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Spraying Machine

The GRC spraying machine uses a screw pump to convey mixed cement slurry to the spray gun. At the same time, chopped glass fiber strands are cut to the set length by a dedicated cutting device and sprayed by compressed air to the front of the spray gun, where they mix with the cement slurry and are jointly sprayed onto the mold or working surface. The cement slurry and glass fiber are fully mixed during the spraying process and are sprayed and accumulated layer by layer to form GRC products.

The production capacity of the GRC spraying machine is 3-8m³/h, depending on the equipment model, slurry mix ratio, construction conditions, and operator proficiency. Taking a 10mm thick GRC decorative panel as an example, 300-800 square meters can be produced per hour. The production efficiency is much higher than manual troweling, greatly shortening the construction period and reducing labor costs.

Auxiliary equipment needed for the GRC spraying machine includes: 1) air compressor (providing compressed air, displacement 0.9-1.6m³/min, pressure 0.6-0.8MPa); 2) mortar mixer (mixing GRC cement slurry); 3) chopped glass fiber strands (raw material); 4) spray gun and delivery hose (provided with the machine). We can provide a complete set of equipment and raw material supply.

Yes. We provide detailed installation and commissioning instructions and video guidance. Customers can install and commission by themselves. If needed, we can arrange technicians to the site for installation, commissioning, and operation training at an additional cost. The equipment is simple to operate, and ordinary workers can operate proficiently after 1-2 days of training.

The whole machine has a 12-month warranty. Non-human-damaged parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
