Concrete / Mortar Dedicated Mixer (Handheld / Electric)

Compared with ordinary electric drill mixing, a dedicated mixer has the following advantages: 1) higher power and stronger torque, suitable for mixing high-viscosity concrete, mortar, and other materials; 2) double-handle design, more stable and safer operation; 3) lower speed (0-800rpm), less splashing during mixing; 4) mixing rod specially designed for mixing, more uniform mixing; 5) motor specially designed for long-time continuous mixing, longer service life. Ordinary electric drills have high speed and low torque, are not suitable for long-time mixing of high-viscosity materials, and are easily damaged.

The power selection of the mixer should be determined according to the mixing material and mixing amount: 1) 1200-1600W: suitable for mixing putty, coatings, adhesives, and other low-viscosity materials, mixing amount 20-40kg; 2) 1800W: suitable for mixing mortar, grouting material, and other medium-viscosity materials, mixing amount 30-60kg; 3) 2200W: suitable for mixing concrete, self-leveling, and other high-viscosity materials, mixing amount 50-80kg. It is recommended to choose a model with slightly higher power for easier use and longer motor life.

The mixing rod can be replaced, using a standard threaded interface, easy to disassemble and assemble. Common mixing rod types include: 1) spiral type: suitable for mixing concrete, mortar, and other high-viscosity materials; 2) paddle type: suitable for mixing putty, coatings, and other medium-low viscosity materials; 3) cage type: suitable for mixing self-leveling, grouting material, and other materials requiring rapid dispersion; 4) plaster type: specially designed for mixing gypsum and putty. Yes. We can provide samples for customer testing. Sample cost and freight are borne by the customer. Sample fee can be refunded when placing a bulk order.

The minimum order quantity for regular products is 10 units. Small trial orders are supported. Large orders (over 500 units) can enjoy preferential prices.
